Episode 46

Jeff Otis: On Intentional Life Design, Goal Setting, and Building a Roadmap for Success

In this episode, Jeff Otis and I riff about intentional life design, touching on—among other things—goal setting, playing to your strengths, personal accountability, and developing a roadmap for success.

Jeff is the founder of Project OTY (developing an Outstanding and Talented You), and is the author of two books, Transform with Confidence and Build Your Roadmap, Create Your World. You can also check out his TEDx talk, How to Create YOUR World, here.

Jeff believes that the future of our world depends on our ability to empower ourselves and the coming generations to be the leader in their lives, and that it’s up to all of us (regardless of age, background, or gender) to create a global culture of personal accountability.

Many talk about purposeful change, but true examples are rare. I strive to be one of those examples and invite you to join me on this journey.

With over 30 years of experience working with everyone from Fortune 50 executives to college students, I've learned that no one has all the answers. The key is finding the approach that resonates with you.

I challenge myself and others to rethink the scripts we've inherited and design lives that are uniquely our own. I'm passionate about connecting with change-makers who are living differently and showing us what's possible.
