Career advertising and marketing executive Jeff Gray approached the end of his marketing career by starting a small business, Papa Bear Bakery, from his home in Atlanta, Georgia. It wouldn’t take long for him to be discovered by The Food Network, who found him on Instagram and invited him to join their 2020 show “Holiday Baking Championship.” And the rest is history.
